Circuit Training consists of 12-16 stations ranging from :45-:60 with :15-:30 rest. These classes are designed to challenge upper body, lower body, core, cardio, balance, strength and endurance. Join friends and family in meting new people in our exciting fast paced group classes that are perfect for any fitness level.
