Personal Training

 Our training method is not to create clients who are dependent on a trainer, but rather to encourage independence and self motivation. By maintaining this generic idea, clients are less inclined to be consistent about what they want and more motivated to staying committed to whom they are.

  A clients first session begins with a careful evaluation followed by a careful discussion of what the client expects to learn and what exact goals they will want to achieve. The trainer will not only ask about past injuries or health concerns, but they will also inquire about eating habits, and how to possibly overcome the challenges keeping a person from being completely happy.

  When you start your program you will go through 7 stages of our program to get to the elite level of your fitness.  We start with an adaptation phase, then move you to endurance, strength and finish with power. We don't count reps, we  have set interval times with work and rest periods perfectly calculated to get you to the next phase. When you show us that you can move to the next phase, you will.  If you like a challenge, our program is perfect for you.
