Our Current Class Schedule

15 Classes Per Week

Monday-   6:00am, 9:00am

Tuesday-  6:00am, 9:00am, 6:30pm

Wednesday- 6:00am, 9:00am, 4:00pm

​Thursday- 6:00am, 9:00am, 6:30pm

​Friday- 6:00am, 9:00am,

Saturday- 8:00am, 9:15am

Sunday- 9:15am


Our classes are fast paced functional movements that test you from total body, lower body, upper body, core and cardio. The workouts change daily so you never know what you are going to get when you walk in. Our work and rest periods range from :20 of work to 4:00 or work with limited rest periods.


Our Training Program is the most private, innovative, program you can ask for. Our training staff is the best of the best with over 100 years of combined experience to make sure you get to your fitness goals. 
With our newly developed 7 Phase System coupled with our MYZONE technology you are guaranteed to get the results you deserve. 
Our sessions range from private training 1 on 1 to semi private up to 3 on 1.
